Hygee (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.hygee.co.in website and App. (the “Service” or “Hygee” and “Platform” shall be used to jointly refer to Websites & Apps). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. The Website allows Hygee to have access to registered Users’ personal email or phone number, for communication purpose so as to provide you a better way of booking appointments and for obtaining feedback in relation to the Hygee Team.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s account access information and password, if the User is registered on the Website. The User shall be responsible for all usage of the User’s account and password, whether or not authorised by the User.

 

The User shall immediately notify Hygee of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of the User’s account or password. Although Hygee will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Hygee or such other parties as the case may be, due to any unauthorised use of your account.

 

If a User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Hygee has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Hygee has the right to discontinue the Services to the User at its sole discretion.

 

Hygee may use such information collected from the Users from time to time for the purposes of debugging customer support related issues.

What information do we collect?
Generally some of the Services require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. “Personal Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

     Patient’s Location
     Date of appointment
     Time of appointment.
     Date of Birth

     Address with pin code.

Usage Information: We may automatically collect certain information about your device, usage of our services, and browsing activities on our website, including:

     Date and time of access

 

Other information that Hygee collects:

     Name of the diagnosis with scientific tooth No of tooth/ multiple teeth

     Treatment Name with scientific tooth No of the treated tooth/multiple teeth.

     Description about the treatment (if any)

     Date of diagnosis/treatment

     Uploaded doctors prescription

     Uploaded X-Ray

     Uploaded other dental/general health reports.

 

How Do We Collect, Use and Share Your Information:

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information about the pages that the Member accesses on the Platform, and information voluntarily submitted by the Member of the Platform. The information we collect is used to provide the Service to you, to improve the quality of the Platform, to communicate information about the Service.

 

Your information will never be sold to or traded or shared with other companies or organisations for commercial purposes or otherwise, unless we have been expressly authorised by you, either in writing or in electronic form to do so or in a manner as outlined in this Policy.

How do we deal with the Data we collect?

Hygee shall use your Data for:

       Helping you provide Services;

       Improving its Product/Technology/Services;

       Improving your experience on the Platform;

How do we store this Data?
All data stored is first encrypted and then stored securely on “Shared dedicated server” purchased from Blue host. Only authorised personnel such as the top management, development and marketing team can access the stored Data. Your information is otherwise securely archived in our database after processing and usage. Hygee uses industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database.
Hygee limits the access to Member’s Personal Information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
     Providing Services: To schedule and provide dental care services, teeth cleaning, and related healthcare services as requested by you.
     Communication: To communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, and send appointment confirmations, reminders, and other administrative messages.
     Improvement: To analyse user trends and preferences, improve our website and services, and develop new features.
     Legal Obligations: To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including healthcare laws and regulations in India.
How long do we store this Data for?
That we will keep this Data for a period of at least ……. years.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
